Advanced equine diagnostics for improved patient care
A group of high school students listening as Dr Sutter shows them some equine x-rays
Our in-house laboratory, provided by IDEXX and Zoetis , allows us to run routine bloodwork in house to facilitate same day results on most bloodwork. Some common test we may run are: CBC (Complete Blood Count)/ Fibrinogen/ Chemistry Profile (kidney, muscle, and liver enzymes, as well as electrolytes and protein levels)/ Serum Amyloid A (SAA) Looking at these values helps us know how your horse's vital organs are functioning.
