Well Dog $206

Designed to keep your dog healthy and protected year-round, this package includes:

1-Year Rabies Vaccine
DA2P/Lepto Combo Vaccine (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvo, Leptospirosis)
Bordetella Vaccine (Kennel Cough)
Heartworm & Tick-Borne Disease Test – we will need to draw blood for this test

Ideal for dogs of all lifestyles, the Well Dog package provides protection against core illnesses and helps detect serious vector-borne diseases early.

Well Cat $132

Tailored for the health and safety of your feline friend, this package includes:

1-Year Rabies Vaccine
FVRCP/Leukemia Combo Vaccine (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Feline Leukemia Virus)

Perfect for both indoor and outdoor cats, the Well Cat package supports immunity against common and serious feline diseases.

Our Well Dog and Well Cat appointments are designed to provide routine vaccinations and annual wellness exams in the comfort of your home. These visits are focused on preventive care and maintaining your pet’s overall health. If additional concerns are identified during the exam—or if you bring up specific health issues—we may recommend a follow-up visit at our clinic for further evaluation and treatment. Examples of issues that typically require in-clinic care include:

Ear infections
Eye concerns
Allergy symptoms
Illness or signs of being unwell

During the wellness visit, we are happy to collect blood or fecal samples to send out for routine diagnostics (e.g., internal parasite screening, yearly bloodwork panels, etc.). We also offer litter exams during farm calls to evaluate puppies or kittens, monitor their growth, administer age-appropriate vaccines, and provide deworming. Please note: Litter exams require follow-up visits every 3–4 weeks to ensure the young animals receive a full series of vaccines and appropriate monitoring. In-Home Euthanasia Services

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most difficult moments we face as pet owners. We offer in-home euthanasia to provide your pet with a peaceful and dignified passing in the comfort and familiarity of their own home—surrounded by the people who love them most.

We understand how important this moment is, and we strive to make it as gentle and stress-free as possible for both pets and their families.

We partner with local cremation services to offer aftercare options tailored to your wishes:

Private Cremation – Your pet’s ashes are returned to you in a chosen vessel.
Communal Cremation – Ashes are respectfully spread in a serene, designated 4-acre memorial garden.
Home Burial – You may choose to bury your pet on your property.
